Internship Opportunity: Project Manager Assistant at Espamob’

Discover the testimony of Chloé, 22 years old, who completed her 6-month internship at Espamob as part of her third year in a Business School, as a Project Manager Assistant.

What is a Project Manager Assistant?

The role of the Project Manager Assistant consists in planning and managing Erasmus+ mobilities, in collaboration with the Project Managers and the Company Managers, before, during and after each mobility. In short, once a project has been studied and the companies have been found by the Company Managers, the Project Manager Assistant takes care of the logistical aspect, i.e. the organization of transport, accommodation, etc.

The Assistant Project Manager can also be required to draw up quotes. Once the quotation has been accepted by both parties, i.e. the school and Espamob, the contract that will launch the new project must be written.

Then, once a project has been elaborated from A to Z, one of the main missions of the Project Manager Assistant will be the creation of the Welcome Packs. These documents are given to the students when they arrive in Spain on the first day and summarize all the information related to the mobility, i.e. the internship, the accommodation, etc.

Finally, one of the key missions, which also represents the achievement of our projects, is the arrival of the groups, but also the accompaniment from the first to the last day of the internship.

What are the skills required to be a Project Manager Assistant?

  • Know how to optimize and develop client and company relations
  • Have excellent organizational skills
  • Know how to work both independently AND in a team
  • Ability to adapt and to be reactive
  • Excellent level of Spanish (B2-C1)
